Which service is right for me?
Dental Health Services offer a range of high-quality oral health services to various groups across the vast state of Western Australia.
Emergencies
Dental emergencies could be:
- facial swelling
- bleeding (trauma affecting your mouth)
- an accident involving damage to your mouth or teeth.
- dental pain (e.g. in teeth, mouth, gum, jaw)
- lost filling
- broken denture
0-4 Year Olds
Dependants of holders of current Health Care or Pensioner Concession Cards who are aged 0-4 years are eligible to receive dental care.
School-aged children
The WA School Dental Service provides free general dental care to school children throughout the state, ranging from pre-primary through to Year 11.
Adults
Adults who have a Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card are eligible for subsidised general dental care.
