One of Dental Health Services' goals is to have satisfied patients. Subsequently, the branch has adopted a "Compliments & Complaints Management Policy", which is designed to encourage an improvement in the quality of service through consumer participation. The Service also recognises the value of compliments made by satisfied users of public dental programs or their representatives.
All comments, whether complimentary or critical, are treated individually, sensitively and confidentially. Patients or clients who wish to comment on the service provided can do so by forwarding a completed Compliment Management Form or Complaint Management Form to:
